RAVEON is a real-time nightlife platform for partygoers and venue teams. It connects venue discovery, in-venue social experiences, ordering, DJ requests, wallet activity and venue operations.
PartygoersHow do I enter a venue experience?
Open a venue in RAVEON and use its available entry flow. Location may be requested to confirm whether you are at the venue. Remote or paid access options are shown only when configured.
PartygoersCan I use RAVEON without entering a venue?
Yes. Discovery, venue pages and event information can be explored before entering. Venue-scoped features become available when the relevant venue experience is active.
PartygoersHow do song requests work?
At a venue with an active DJ queue, search for a song and submit a request. Optional coin tips or eligible membership allowances may affect priority, but the DJ always controls the set.
PartygoersAre song requests guaranteed to play?
No. Requests are input for the DJ, not control of the set. RAVEON shows request states such as pending, playing, played or declined.
PartygoersWhat are RAVEON credits?
They are internal platform value used for supported RAVEON transactions. They are not cryptocurrency, an investment product or a publicly traded token.
PartygoersHow do tips and refunds appear?
Supported tips, charges and issued refunds are recorded in wallet or transaction history. Whether a transaction qualifies for a refund depends on the relevant service and policy.

Table booking is venue-enabled. Where available, the venue controls sections, capacity, prices, deposits, availability and cancellation rules.

Depending on configuration and role, venue workspaces cover menus, orders, events, staff, tables, access, DJ interactions, payments, moderation and operational reporting.
VenuesHow do we onboard our team?
A venue administrator creates the venue and invites team members into role-specific workspaces. Invite-only roles are connected to the venue through the invitation flow.
